3. Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software.

The Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  3. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
  3. Contact your bank.

4. Shipping & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email [email protected] for instructions.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Risk: We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
